The 1st ABAP Dance festival kicked off with a bang at the St,. Cecilia's Hall in Manila. It was a one of a kind event as the showcase of the evening was not ballet but a myriad of dances representing the stundents and programs of ABAP member schools. From Jazz, to Hiphop. Ballet to Street, our guests from PAMANA dance troupe, the boys of the Quezon City Performing Arts Folundation and the reggae group, Buganda ,enthralled the crowd. Four schools took up the challenge and a fun night was had by all.They braved the rains and ended the night with a samba atmosphere. The only thing was they had to samba their way back home in knee high floodwaters.
